About Us

Sun outsoles have been serving both domestic and international clients since 2003.

We serve on behalf of our customers with our dynamic and professional team of colleagues individually diversified in relevant areas of expertise from 3000 square meters of production base located in our headquarters in İstanbul Gungoren.

What we do?

Our customer oriented design team start working after we receive drafts and design files from your side.

After the inner outsole and the core sample is transferred to 3D enviroment for reverse engineering (if required) we switch to modelling process.

We share the blueprint file with your side, receive the feedbacks and revize accordingly in the light of your critics.

According to client’s preference, a demo (1:1 scaled prototype composed of hard plastic) or a mockup (a shoe productable prototype composed of flexible material)  could be manufactured and shared with your side.

After realising the needed revisions (in case there are),

We switch to the molding process and the outsole is manufactured with the desired material ( TR PVC-RUBBER-EVA-POLYURETHANE)

and eventually the final product is ready for dispatch.
